A Modular System
The MicroSludge System is delivered on skid-mounted modules. The system is fully automated and contains all of the controls, instrumentation, electrical switchgear, tanks, screens, pumps, valves, and other equipment required to pretreat TWAS.

The only connections required are for electricity, water, and TWAS feed and discharge lines. This system is capable of running unattended and can be monitored and controlled remotely. MicroSludge's simplicity of design means modules can be easily added to meet increased demand.

Built-In Redundancy
Different WWTPs have different policies for excess capacity of the critical equipment. The modularity of MicroSludge enables WWTPs to install redundancy for equipment maintenance, peak flows and to accommodate future plant capacity.
